A Business Nexus is a governed AI operating system for your business. Setup starts with a single request — Apex interviews you, and the rest sets itself up in the background. Stage 1 is the same starting setup every business gets: a database, your team messaging, and your governed agents (rolling out). Stage 2 is the tailored build-out from your interview: industry template, location, workflows, and additional agents. Stage 1 is never changed once it's set up — Stage 2 only adds to it.

How are additional databases billed?
Billed per machine tier (see the database rates above), high availability (a standby copy) doubles the compute price, and storage and backups are billed per GB per month on top.
Can I use Synthax without the platform?
No. Synthax runs on the Business Nexus platform — the agents, checks, and data surface are part of the platform license, and Synthax requires it.
